- Purchase orders will be invoiced at the rate applicable at the time of order receipt.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Physicians or Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with dual affiliations (hospital salary/private practice AND employment in pharmaceutical or consulting) must register as industry, either partner or non-partner.
- Only attendees who are not industry/pharmaceutical or consulting employees may register at the Member affiliation rate (AFEF, SFD, The Forum for Collaborative Research, etc.).
- Only non-industry, non-pharmaceutical, and non-consulting employees can register at the Resident-Student-Fellow Rate.
- Fees for non-partner industry registrations submitted before the approval of a sponsorship contract are not refundable.

- Purpose: This data is collected to manage your registration and communication.
- Authorization: By validating this form, you authorize us to use this data for the mentioned purpose.
- Data Access: Taming HealthCare, the Organizing/Scientific Committee, Sponsors, and Partners have access to the data.
- Retention Period: Data is kept for 2 years after the meeting's conclusion.
- Access and Modification Rights: You can request access to and modification of your data by contacting contact@paris-mash.org.
- Data Transfer outside the EU: Data transfer may be necessary for the Organizing/Scientific Committee, Sponsors, and Partners outside the EU.
